Social Green Hub (SGH) is a social promotion association that promotes the digitization and growth of the territory while respecting the environment. Among the projects supported for the benefit of the community, SGH manages public coworking spaces with the aim of organizing a range of services for those who choose Castelbuono as a temporary location for their remote work.

By browsing the Site, the User has the opportunity to register and book the coworking spaces, or to contribute, by donating, to the development of the activities in which SGH participates or intends to participate. Through the contact forms, the Association collects personal data relating to Users, by means of membership, reservations and donations. The personal data collected are processed in compliance with the Applicable Regulations by the Data Processor identified in the person of the President of the SGH Association Dr. Roberto Sangiorgio (SNGRRT94M01G273W).


This information is intended to provide the interested parties, or users who browse the website, https://southworking.socialgreenhub.org/, the ways in which their data are processed, or the information necessary to exercise the protection. their rights.


Reference legislation

The navigation on the Site takes place in compliance with the provisions established by EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003, integrated with the changes introduced by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018 (Privacy Code). In particular, the processing of data on our site is based on the principles set out in art. 5 of the Reg. In any case, the possibility that the Manager makes the Users' personal data accessible to other Users and / or third parties is excluded. It should also be noted that, although optional, the provision of personal data for the processing purposes indicated above is necessary for the User to be able to validly transmit his membership, booking or donation request to the Manager.


Lawfulness of processing

Users' personal data are to be considered lawfully processed pursuant to art. 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679 if aimed at processing aimed at:

    b) administrative-accounting purposes, or to carry out activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, such as internal organizational activities and activities functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations;

Data collection

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 letter a) of EU Regulation 2016/679, data are processed in a lawful, correct and transparent manner towards the interested party, or, pursuant to letter f) of the same article, processed in a manner that guarantee adequate security of personal data, including protection, by means of adequate technical and organizational measures, from unauthorised or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage.


Data retention

In accordance with the provisions of art. 5 letter e) of EU Regulation 2016/679 the data are stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed; personal data may be kept for longer periods provided that they are processed exclusively for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, in accordance with Article 89 (1), without prejudice to the implementation of technical measures and organizational requirements required by this regulation to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subject ("conservation limitation").


Rights of interested parties

The User may exercise the rights guaranteed by the Applicable Regulations at any time by sending an e-mail message to the Association at the e-mail address coworking@socialgreenhub.org.


The User also has the right to obtain indication (i) of the origin of personal data; (ii) the purposes and methods of the processing; (iii) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; (iv) the identity of the owner and managers; (v) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents.


Furthermore, the User has the right to obtain:


a) access, updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;


b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;


c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.


As well as:


a) the right to withdraw consent at any time, if the processing is based on your consent;


b) (if applicable) the right to data portability (right to receive all personal data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device), the right to limit the processing of personal data and the right cancellation ("right to be forgotten");


c) the right to object:
